The new Monocle issue arrived just yesterday and hell yeah, it is well worth the money. As a matter of fact this is one of the only few print magazines that I still find worth reading. For those who are new to this magazine: It features a global perspective on politics, business, culture and design. Besides the perspective of the content in general, I really like the photos and illustrations. The Monocle website is worth checking out as well.

I love illustrations, especially fashion illustrations. When it comes to that, I like Danny Roberts from “Igor+Andre” ones the most! We all know that Zara was stealing a pictures from “Betty“, did an illustration and released a T-Shirt with her. But there is a company that does it right! “Forever21” is collaborating with “Danny Roberts“. They picked a few fashion-bloggers and did a collection. Nice move! That’s the way I like! I’m kind of jeslous in both ways. 
I would love to do an illustration collection and be on a shirt as well. Man kann nicht immer beides haben und manchmal auch gar nichts von beidem.
I really have a heart for books and magazines. It’s so nice to hold them in your hands and just look at the nice pictures. Yeah, I don’t need to read Of course you will find everything online, but I just love to hold them. It’s a love between the book or the magazine and me Before we moved to Stockholm we sold everything on Ebay and threw away all magazines. The first book I will buy is this one: My Wonderful World of Fashion.
